Her experience covers cross-functional operations, sales, marketing, human resources, and the customer journey. Karen has held key leadership roles, including VP GM, VP of Operations, and CEO, where she has successfully guided companies through mergers, acquisitions, hyper-growth, and foundational work. Her expertise has benefited organizations ranging from startups to those exceeding $100 million in value, as well as those looking to monetize assets such as TMP/Monster.com, Ticketmaster, and Revolution Health Group.
Karen holds degrees in both Economics and Communications, skillfully blending the art and science of business.
